齐鲁建设 / QLC 与 AFRILOG 船代合作方案

QLC 组织中国方向船只资源，AFRILOG 负责弗里敦港本地运营、调度和代理执行。QLC brings vessel resources from China; AFRILOG handles local agency operations, scheduling, and execution at Freetown Port.

合作目标：增加每月到港船舶数量，提高本地执行效率，并按季度结算可分配利润。Goal: increase monthly vessel calls, improve local execution, and settle distributable profit quarterly.

Partnership Structure

三方互补，各自负责最强环节Three parties, clear roles, shared upside.

国内代理 对接中国船东、货主和船舶资源，推动船只从中国方向安排至塞拉利昂。China-side vessel sourcing and owner/cargo coordination.

齐鲁建设 / QLC 负责合作统筹、船源落地、跨方沟通、利润确认和业务增长。Partnership coordination, vessel landing, profit confirmation, and growth.

AFRILOG 负责弗里敦港本地船代服务、码头协调、运营调度和现场执行。Local shipping agency, port coordination, terminal scheduling, and execution.

Operating Logic

核心不是一次性项目，而是建立稳定船源入口和弗里敦港本地执行通道。船越多，运营越标准，利润模型越清楚。This is a repeatable operating channel: more vessels, clearer execution, and a more transparent profit model.

从船期确认到季度利润结算From vessel schedule to quarterly profit settlement.

01中方确认船源、船期、船舶资料和预计到港时间。Confirm vessel, schedule, documents, and ETA.

02QLC 同步资料给 AFRILOG，提前做本地预安排。QLC shares details with AFRILOG for local preparation.

03AFRILOG 协调港务、码头、泊位、申报和现场调度。AFRILOG coordinates port, terminal, berth, filing, and dispatch.

04完成服务后按单船核算收入、成本和费用；季度汇总利润并按比例分配。Track each vessel's revenue and costs; distribute profit quarterly.
